Founded over a decade ago by Cecil and Helen Williams,
C.T. Williams Corporation was established with the vision of enhancing communities through thoughtful land development. Over the years, we've grown into a respected name in Wilson and surrounding areas, contributing to the region's growth by providing builders with prime development opportunities.​

Cecil Williams
Founder & President
With over 38 years of experience in real estate and community development, Cecil Williams has been a driving force in creating thriving neighborhoods. As the Founder and President of our company, he brings exceptional skills in negotiation, networking, and strategic planning, allowing him to turn visionary projects into reality. His personable approach and deep commitment to community growth have made a lasting impact on the areas he serves.
Cecil’s passion for innovation keeps him constantly looking ahead to the next opportunity. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who cherishes time with his grandchildren. Whether escaping to the mountains or relaxing by the beach, Cecil enjoys making the most of his free time while staying inspired for the future.

Helen Williams
Vice-President, Realtor

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Helen Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our neighborhood development company. As Vice President, she plays a key role in guiding projects that
enhance communities and create lasting value for residents. Helen’s deep understanding of the market, combined with her passion for helping clients find the perfect home, has made her a trusted leader in the industry.Beyond her professional expertise, Helen enjoys spending time at the beach, making cherished memories with her grandchildren, and building strong relationships with her clients. Brad Durham
Project Manager
Brad Durham joins our team as a Project Manager, bringing with him a strong background in leadership, communication, and project execution. Known for his ability to stay organized and adaptable under pressure, Brad has a natural talent for guiding teams, streamlining workflows, and delivering results. His dedication to excellence and his collaborative approach make him a valuable addition to our business as we continue to grow and evolve.
Brad’s strengths lie in his clear communication, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to keep projects moving forward with efficiency and focus. He is passionate about creating a positive work environment and motivating those around him to perform at their best.
Outside of work, Brad is a devoted father to three daughters and spends most of his free time with his family. He also enjoys restoring and working on his Mustang, a hobby that reflects his hands-on nature and attention to detail. Brad’s balance of professional expertise and personal integrity makes him a standout member of our team.

Sydney Durham
Creative Director and Executive Assistant

With a passion for learning and new experiences, Sydney Durham brings energy, organization, and strategic insight to her role as Chief Financial Director. A key member of the team for over five years, she ensures financial operations run with precision, transparency, and integrity. Her charisma, strong communication skills, and open-minded approach make her an invaluable asset to both the company and the communities it serves.
In addition to her role as Chief Financial Director, Sydney is a licensed realtor, further enhancing her expertise in property development and community growth. She has been in the workforce since she was 16, building a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and financial management. During the week, she is dedicated to maintaining the company’s financial health, and on weekends, she channels her creativity as a professional photographer.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Izzy, exploring local coffee shops, and supporting small businesses. Sydney is deeply passionate about hard work, collaboration, and fostering a sense of community in everything she does

Sam Johnson
Director of Operations

With 38 years of experience in banking, Samuel Johnson brings a wealth of financial expertise and leadership to his role as Director of Operations at CT Williams Corporation. Having worked closely with the company for years, Sam is now an official part of the team, where his deep knowledge and strategic insight make him a vital asset. His personable nature, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities contribute to the company’s continued success and growth.
Sam’s leadership, teamwork, and adaptability help drive operational excellence, ensuring that CT Williams Corporation remains a trusted force in neighborhood development.
He is a devoted husband to Andrea Johnson. When he’s not working, Sam cherishes time with his children and grandchildren. Sam also spends time serving the Lord through his church, Redeemer Church in Rocky Mount and the Community through the Red Oak Area Rotary Club.
